Designed for enthusiasts at the intersection of music and technology, this creation features an array of augmented reality (AR) instruments you can interact with directly in your living space.

The AR instruments comprise musical cubes and fractal wind chimes, each tuned to specific chords. Users select a chord and then position and manipulate these virtual objects to produce corresponding notes.

Interacting with different shapes and chords results in harmonious melodies within the selected key, both visually and audibly. The musical cubes are customizable, allowing for modifications such as removing or altering notes, or creating new octaves.

The fractal wind chimes utilize complex mathematical patterns to generate intricate 3D forms alongside melodic and harmonic output. These chimes serve as instruments for generating cyclic tones and contribute to dynamic visual displays and tranquil soundscapes customizable by key and tempo. Their responsiveness mimics real wind chimes, reacting naturally to touch.

Complementing the setup are AR drums represented as a four-sided beat pyramid, offering an intuitive three-dimensional perspective on rhythmic patterns. Users can control tempo and tone for each beat, enabling the creation of diverse rhythmic textures that integrate seamlessly with other instruments.

The visualization of fractal mathematics enhances user engagement, particularly for those interested in exploring 3D fractals such as the Menger Sponge, Mosley Snowflake, Sierpinski Pyramid, Jerusalem Cube, Koch Curve, Pythagoras Tree, and Dragon Curve. Subdividing these shapes produces higher octave notes and more intricate structures.

All instruments are powered by the AudioKit Library, which offers high-quality synthesized sounds across a variety of instrument types including guitar, bass, organ, and electric piano.

Users can experiment with up to three instruments at no cost, with options to upgrade to a premium version for unlimited access and an ad-free experience.
